[orbit-dev] Commit rights for Joel Cayne have been expired

David Williams has expired the commit rights for Joel Cayne (jcayne).  The
reason for this change is:

Joel has changed job responsibilities and has transferred "ownership" of
all the bundles he maintained in Orbit to other Orbit committers, so he
will no longer be a committer in Orbit. 

Much thanks for all your past help, Joel. I'm sure you'll be welcome back
if your job responsibilities change in the future to include more Eclipse
and Orbit work. And in the mean time ... your patches will always be
welcome! :)
