Hi,

not sure if this is an oversight from my side but it seems that some
validation tool in Orbit requires a specific bundle localization layout
but does not support the OSGi default. I remember this was an issue in
the past but I thought it has been fixed since then. Any ideas?

Missing pattern: plugin.properties [...]
