[orbit-dev] Provide feature in repository

Hi,

Orbit uses a feature for build purposes. Currently, this feature is not
published in the resulting p2 repository. I wonder if Orbit should do that.

It would be very useful to overcome a limitation in the PDE Target
editor (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=305873 for
details). This would allow one to add an Orbit p2 repository to a
(shared) target platform and provision dependencies directly into any
workspace.
