[orbit-dev] Commit rights for Sonia Dimitrov have been expired

David Williams has expired the commit rights for Sonia Dimitrov (sdimitro).
 The reason for this change is:

Sonia was one of the original Orbit committers, added when the project was
formed. I suspect with the idea she might have to help with releng. But,
she hasn't in the 4 years of Orbit's life, and no one has convinced her to
take over ownership of their bundles :) 

So, in my modest efforts to keep our lists accurate, I'm deactivating her
committership. I'm sure she'd be welcome back if/when there is a concrete
reason.
