Its not very obvious, from this 'failed' message, is it. 

Just go to the normal "committers" download page, and drill down to your 
build, and you'll see a "Test Results" link there, with a red x next to 
it. That link takes you to 

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/committers/drops/I20091123203827/results-I20091123203827.xml

And there ...at the very very bottom is ...

This is probably self explanatory. Probably need to create/add a 
plugin.properties to hold translated stings?

Hi,

I tried to understand why the TestLayout fails because all my bundles
are there. Can somebody explain what I did wrong and where I can find
the .log-File with the org.eclipse.orbit.releng.tests.TestLayout-Failures?
