[orbit-dev] orbit-I Build Failed ... Cool, eh?

I fixed the Orbit scripts to flag a build as "failed" if the tests fail. 
For some reason, it seemed no one ever noticed. I've also added a 
red-X/checkmark next to the "test results" link, such as in the latest 
one.

For those that have never looked before, that Test Results link has the 
actual test failures at the very end, in this case
