[orbit-dev] Orbit build promoted for Helios M2

Just to be explicit, I assumed you meant the I build timestamped with 
20090911225403. 
(The most recent one, I saw.)
I promoted that I build, and then renamed it to be have an "S" in the name 
and promoted that, 
so as to be more explicit that 'S' build is for a milestone.

We've verified that our SAT4J changes are in the latest build. 

David, since we haven't heard anyone else mentioning changes they need for 
Helios M2, can you please promote the latest build?

Since next week is Helios M2 (+0), we need to promote a build to be 
consumed by the +0 teams. 

Are there any other bundle changes that people need to make before a build 
is promoted or can we promote the latest integration build?

An integration build is running right now to pick up changes in the SAT4J 
bundles but it should be ready this evening.

Speak quickly and loudly if there are changes that you must release for 
Helios M2. Otherwise the latest integration build will be the one to use.
