Yep. For remaining Tuesdays and RCs. But let's say Tuesday "night" 
(Eastern), 
which should be ready in plenty of time for you at 11 PM Eastern on 
Wednesday. 
For this week (today) I'll promote latest S-build very early Wednesday. 

Let me know (everyone) if this poses any problems.

Hi David,

In order for us (ECF) to meet the platform build deadline (Wed @ 8pm 
pacific) we were going to do our/ECF build at 8am pacific on Wed 
(expecting that in case there are difficulties that having some hours 
for install testing, etc would be helpful).

So would it be possible to request having Orbit builds promoted on 
*Tues* at noon rather than Wed so we can get the latest into our 8am Wed 
build?  (as we use logging, httpclient, codec, asm from Orbit).
