Yes, it is primarily for bug fixes that this update was originally requested. However, it is turning out to be more difficult for consumers to adopt than had originally been hoped, because of incompatible API changes of various interesting kinds. So, hopefully an iteration of soaking until M7 will be sufficient to iron the kinks out! (I should think so)
Thanks, I shall proceed on your recommendation. There's no earthly way that this would be read for a timely S-build re-spin. :-)

If I recall right, this move was, basically, for bug fixes, not new function, so it would not be that bad to wait to M7.
If the consumers feel really strongly about getting it in this M6 milestone, we _might_ be able to produce another S-build,
assuming the Batik bundle(s) are the only change, and all Galileo/Batik consumers agree to move up to same build.

I won't be able to commit some further changes to the Batik 1.7
bundles, resulting from Anthony's testing with GMF, until Friday.
Thus, I won't be able to add them to the build until Friday.
I definitely don't want to bomb the S-build without at least one
successful I-build prior. Would it be best to wait until after the S-
build, then produce an I-build with the new Batik, and ask early
adopters of Batik to take it from the Orbit I-build for their own M6
builds if they dare? Certainly, it won't have been tested
sufficiently to call it "stable" by Friday.
