I don't think you missed it ... I know the team in WTP designed the axis2 
support to work based on the user specifying the location of the library 
on their file system (or app server). [Thus becoming a "works with" type 
of pre-req].

I was surprised to *not* find the current axis2 in the Orbit 
downloads/repo.  This seems strange enoguht that I feel I need to ask: 
did I just miss it somehow?

Are there projects (e.g. WTP, STP, etc) that are using/redistributing 
Axis2?
