Hey orbit committers,

I´m a committer on the smila project and we use these two libraries inside our project. Some other projects also want to use these libs and they have the state “awaiting_analysis” for our project( see: https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2664 and https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2686). If they are approved I will contribute them to Orbit.
