[orbit-dev] EasyMock 2.3 added to Orbit

I've added EasyMock 2.3 to Orbit as per [0]. It's not 'released'
yet, so won't appear in the builds. I'll wait until after Ganymede
to make those particular changes, if that's ok with everyone.
