[orbit-dev] Ready to commit to R-build?

I don't think quite yet. 

We're a day late (and a dollar short?)
but think we need a bit more work before our final R build.

But still waiting for a few more about.html
file corrections, in bug 234485.

Hopefully we can get those fixed early
on Wednesday, and promote that R build in the afternoon? 

Any objections? Better suggestions?
