This "works for me", so suspect it's a mirroring problem ... and that is most likely a problem with your company's mirrors, not Eclipse, so I'll send a separate note to you (well, just because I happen to be familar with this particular company :)

But, as a general note, if anyone ever thinks you might be having a quietly-re-directed-to-a-mirror problem, you can see more of the quiet part by using wget (from a linux-like OS, or cygwin) along with the zip or jar file URL, which can be obtained by "copy link location", in some popular browsers, so for this case would be

wget  http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/committers/drops/I20080422010118/bundles/org.apache.bsf_2.4.0.v200804101336.jar

This will then print a little fuller information about what it's doing to retrieve that file.

The latest I build on the downloads page shows org.apache.bsf but, when I click the link, I get a source object not found page.
