Re: [orbit-dev] Check out these beautiful new download pages!

Hi, David,
Right ... I just thought perhaps there was some problem with the
configuration or something. Intentional absence of source is, of course,
perfectly normal.
Thanks for satisfying my curiosity!

Well, in my case, it's just a matter of time. I'd like to add to a number
of ones I've been involved in (xerces, wsdl, etc.) but when push comes to
shove, something's got'a give ... plus, I've been waiting for DJ to settle
down :) But, seriously, if others have time/energy to fill in holes, feel
free. You would have to check closely to make sure source was included in
CQ requests ... sometimes it's not included, just to save time, I guess
(even though the source itself is included, everyone is asked "source,
binary, both" in the CQ.

Oo! Good initiative, David. This looks great.
What would be the usual reason for the absence of a source bundle link? I
see that many are missing.
Cheers,
Christian

Beginning this week, I've tried to convey more information in the download
pages, so it will be easier to tell when
a bundle may or may not have the proper book-keeping files and CQs in
place.
For example, see
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/committers/drops/I20080310070939/
Eventually I may add more info to this summary page, to help others
(committers and legal staff) to check for accuracy, etc. .... and, who
knows,
maybe it'll even be pretty one day. :)
So ... please click around and make sure _your_ links are accurate and ...
harder to spot ... that there are none omitted.
