[orbit-dev] Orbit bundle CQs and the IP log

To all those who entered CQs for their Orbit bundles, Thank You!  To all those who did not, read on…

All bundles shipped from Eclipse projects MUST have a CQ for their use in that project.  Orbit is not an exception.  The Orbit CQ might piggy backing on another CQ for some other project or it might mark the origin of Eclipse’s use of that lib.  Doesn't matter.  If it is on in the build and/or on the Orbit download site, it must have an approved tools.orbit CQ.

We need to be in proper shape by M6.  Keep in mind that the IP cutoff for Ganymede has long since past so people entering CQs now really owe the IP team some treats at EclipseCon.  I strongly urge you to get your CQs in now and ensure that your IP log entries are up to date.  At some point the rubber will hit the road and bundles without approved CQs will get removed from the build.  Not happy.

Thanks and sorry for being the Grinch.

Jeff
