[orbit-dev] fyi: Orbit build failures

If you are looking at the Orbit downloads page and you click on a build and
see that there are test failures, it is nothing to worry about right now. I
am in the process of adding a few tests and am having issues with the
casing of the manifest files when they are being checked out from CVS.

Since this behavior hasn't changed since we started doing Orbit builds and
there haven't been any problems reported about it, the builds are still
good to take and use.
