Dear all,

 

from now on all operation and maintainance issues regarding Jira itself (Service: Operation and Maintenance of the openMDM(R) EWG's Jira issue tracking) should be raised by opening a ticket in the “OpenMDM 5 Organisation” project within our Jira (https://openmdm.atlassian.net (new users can sign up by themselves https://openmdm.atlassian.net/admin/users/sign-up)).

 

Please assign the created ticket to the “JIRA Maintainer” account as this triggers mail notification to the current service provider.
