What is there to discuss here? Why do we need an OHF FTF meeting before
updating the project metadata?
Please let me know how we can help.. In my opinion we need to keep the
metadata for Eclipse OHF up to date.

Primarily I think this is known as a delaying tactic ;-)
we do need to keep this up-to-date, but I haven't
had a chance to consider it in detail.
