I am a contributor on the SODA subproject in OHF. The Open Healthcare Framework is made up of a number of such projects which operate mostly independently. Each of these subprojects has some set of interested parties and users. I am forwarding your note to the ohf-dev mailing list and hopefully some folks can provide a better answer for their proejcts. You may also have some luck by reading through or asking at the ohf newsgroup (http://www.eclipse.org/ohf/newsgroup.php).
