Jamie Kaufman as a Committer on the technology.ohf project. The reason

Jamie Kaufman is a founding member of the OHF STEM project and is a
significant contributor to its code base.  Jamie developed several of
STEM's initial components including  it's disease modeling mathematics and
its geographical datasets.  Subsequently, he has contributed BIRT based
views of simulation dynamics, fixed some 63 bugs, written significant
amounts of documentation, and continues to refine the implementation of
modeling mathematics.  He has extensive knowledge of the code base and has
mastered the EMF models used by STEM.  He would be an excellent committer
for the STEM project.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 22 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Jamie Kaufman must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
