[ohf-dev] Committer vote for Aldo Eisma has been approved by the PMC

The PMC has approved the vote for Aldo Eisma's full Committer status on the
technology.ohf project. The next step is for the project lead to return to
the portal and fill in the CVS package and employer information for Aldo
Eisma.
