I don't think we need a second.
I am in favour: +1
I don't believe that any discussion is needed.
thanks Russ & (pending) congrats Dan (+ Dan, better sign up for ohf-dev)

All,
I would like to nominate Daniel Armbrust as a Committer to the CTS OHF
project.
Dan was the original developer of Mayo Clinic's CTS reference
implementation of the HL7 CTS specification. Dan's knowledge of how the
current CTS code base was put together is of fundamental importance, and
having Dan as a committer will help ensure hat fixes and additions to the
CTS code base are implemented and committed in a timely manner.
Grahame has indicated that the following individuals are committers, and

Eishay Smith
Don Jorgenson

I would propose a motion to elect Dan as a Committer to the OHF CTS
project. Do we need a second (procedurally)?
Also, I would like to open up the motion for discussion.
