Most of the activity related to OHF has moved elsewhere - either to
other eclipse projects (platform ones) or to OHT
(openhealthtools.org). I think that the only working projects are the
hl7 related ones of which I am the only remaining committer. I have
agreed to migrate them to OHT, but haven't yet done so - mostly a
question of finding the time to do it.

If there is other code still active in the OHF project - speak up now!

Using the CDA Instance Validator I just stumbled about that:

 

When a CDA Document contains  <realmCode code="universal"/> then the CDA InstanceValidator shows "unknown OID for domain: Realm"

 

How to get rid of this?

I am the project manager of the HL7 Switzerland working group xEPR and I’m currently working on an enhanced integration of the CDA Instance Validator into the IHE Testsuite “Gazelle” for IHE Europe.

 

I’m using the OHF CDA instance validator (http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/viewvc.cgi/org.eclipse.ohf/plugins/org.eclipse.ohf.h3et.instanceeditor.core/?root=Technology_Project)

 

While validating a CDA document I get the following message:

error loading data type for ClinicalDocument.component.bodyChoice.structuredBody.component.section.text: unable to recognise data type NARRATIVE

 

I got the MIF Files from this zip file: http://www.jivamedical.com/eclipse_update/org.hl7.cda.zip

 

The POCD_RM000040.mif contains the following type definition for the text element, which is wrong in my opinion:

As I mentioned I’m staying until July 13th at INRIA in Rennes, France. Anne-Gaelle will take care of the maintenance afterwards. Thus please take her always in Cc. Thanks.

 

The original issue for my changes is the fact that the runtime version (available here: http://www.jivamedical.com/eclipse_update/org.hl7.cda.zip; see also http://hl7book.net/index.php?title=Eclipse_Instance_Editor)  crashes with an Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/ohf/ucum/implementation/UcumEssenceService  at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)

The same error occurs also using the latest source from the forge. You could reproduce the problem when you get the latest sources.
