[nebula-dev] New widget for Nebula

Hi

I'd like to introduce you  a new widget called Chips. You may have seen this kind a widget in tools like Bitbucket, or on a web site that displays a list filtered with tags :

This bug is declared in bug 558569 [1]

Documentation has been created [2], Nan [3] and main web page [4] has been updated.
