[nebula-dev] I missed the release

Hi,

I missed the release that we were supposed to send out on the 15th. My sincere apologies.

This event (sadly it was not the first) made me realize that I have to step down as the project lead.

This does not mean that I am leaving the project. Nebula is very dear to me as it was a great stepping stone into the Eclipse community. I will still contribute in the same way as I have done over the past years as the Jack of all trades.

We have achieved a lot during my watch but it is time to appoint someone that will not forget release day.

If you are interested to become the new lead then please let us know.
