[nebula-dev] Building Nebula

Hi,
how do I build the Nebula project?
mvn clean verify result in the following error:
[INFO] Scanning for projects...
[ERROR] [ERROR] Project
'org.eclipse.nebula:org.eclipse.nebula.examples:1.0.4-SNAPSHOT' is
duplicated in the reactor @
[ERROR] Project
