Baha El Kassaby as a Committer on the technology.nebula project. The reason

I have asked Baha El Kassaby to take over maintenance of the XYGraph. Baha
is using the XYGraph extensively at the Diamond Light Source synchroton
[1].

=?UTF-8?Q?Baha=C3=A2=C2=80=C2=99s?= education includes the fields of electrical engineering (Bachelor)
and computer science (Master of Science). He has been a Software developer
for the last 7 years and also worked before that as an automation
programmer for an international particle physics experiment.  He became an
Eclipse enthusiast and focused on Eclipse RCP developments after joining
Diamond Light Source in the UK. 
 
Baha is already committer on two eclipse projects:

=?UTF-8?Q?=C3=82=C2=B7?=        Eclipse Rich Beans 


I cannot provide you with a list of bugzilla bugs that Baha has contributed
to because they are one of the first projects to take advantage of
possibility to use Github as their main source repository and work with
their own issue tracker.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 19 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Baha El Kassaby must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):
