Re: [nebula-dev] NatTable infrastructure and future

Yes we have a Hudson job: https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/nattable-snapshot/

But I need to check what Edwin is doing for publishing our SNAPSHOT builds. Don't want to break that as there are users out there relying on the SNAPSHOTS.

Is there a build already for Nattable in Eclipse hudson? If so then you can ask to transfer this job to the new infrastructure.

Cheers,

Wim

I'm certainly not gone, but as Dirk said my focus has shifted elsewhere of late. I will help as much as I can to transition the build and release process. I also hope to continue to contribute to the next gen NatTable effort.

Best,
Edwin

So, Wim asked if we want to join the HIPP instance for building. Till now Edwin was doing the build stuff. I worked on the Maven build setup, but the build job in Hudson was managed by Edwin. If you give me some hints on what to do and where to start, I hope it will be possible to move too, so we share the same infrastructure.
Start by logging in HIPP with email/password, then click "New Job". You'll have the ability to configure Source repository and other stuff. Take the Nebula.nebula job as example.

As Mickael recently noticed that Gerrit is a good thing to manage contributions, maybe that is also a good idea for NatTable. Not that we are getting much contributions, but maybe that increases the number of contributions. Can anybody give me a hint on what to do to get NatTable into Gerrit?
Just create a bug against Eclipse Foundation > Gerrit component asking to enable Gerrit for NatTable git repo. Webmasters will take care of this.
