[nebula-dev] Target Definition randomly fails to resolve Nebula feature

Hello,

In my target definition [1] I have issue when including org.eclipse.nebula.widgets.grid.feature.feature.group randomly failing to resolve. To remedy this problem I would:

1. Remove path to http://download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula/snapshot

2. Resolve TD without Nebula feature

3. Add Nebula feature and resolve again

After these three steps TD would resolve fine and I am good to go, but then in a day or two it happens again. Not sure if it has anything to do with Nebula feature, but wanted to check here first.
