Hi,

I'm not sure what this job is trying to build, but it seems that it
refers to an outdated (RAP 1.4) repository. We're releasing RAP 2.1
with Kepler. The 2.x stream is not compatible with 1.x anymore [1].
Since many users already migrated to RAP 2.0, I think you should
really upgrade Nebula components to RAP 2.

We provide nightly and 2.0-compatible incubator repositories [2],
2.1-compatible versions will follow soon. Let me know if I can help
with something.
