[nebula-dev] Building p2 repo

Hi,

I've updated the build create a p2 repository and added all components
mentionned in the restructuring document who are moving out of incubation.

I'm still having problems signing und publishing to download.eclipse.org
but I'll figure this out hopefully soon.
