[nebula-dev] Maintenance of CDateTime

Folks,


during the development of a current project we were having an issue with
CDateTime (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=291289 ) that
has already been reported in Oct 2009; we fixed it and provided a patch
in February 2010. Since then, there was no activity on that bug so I
bumped it today and received an answer from Jeremy stating that he does
not maintain that component any more.

Should this component be still maintained by Nebula? Should we start to
create private branches to apply the needed modifications?
