Thanks for adding the attachment :-) It looks good. Can you make it explicit that the new incubator will be a subproject of the exiting Nebula project? Please also make it clear that you intend to move the incubating widgets from exiting project to the new incubator. Since this represents a change in scope for Nebula, can you please make the new scope explicit? Since this represents a creation for the Nebula incubator, can you make its scope explicit as well?
