Don,

I'll have some free time this week end so I will be able to work on  
the nebula hudson builds (fix gallery, set up other builds). In the  
meantime, take a look at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Common_Build_Infrastructure/Getting_Started/Build_In_Hudson/Ant_Job_Distributed 
 and at the gallery releng project.
(You should reuse JAVA_HOME and set it to JAVA_HOMEXX vars).
