That seems to be the default for bugs assigned to Jeremy Dowdall, even
if you include patches [e.g. 291289] :-(

Is Jeremy still active, or is there someone else who maintains the
component?

Thanik Cheowtirakul also has not received any feedback on his
contribution at  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=302960 ...
