Matthew Hall as a Committer on the technology.nebula project. The reason

Matthew has offered up a JGoodies FormLayout port to Nebula.  He would both
provide the intial contribution, maintain the code going forward, and
support the community via the newsgroups and mailing lists.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the

until either all 11 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
