I have no idea why this listed "Alexander
Pavlov" as the nominee???  Not sure if theres a bug in the portal
tools or if I inadvertently entered something wrong!?

Alexander Pavlov as a Committer on the technology.nebula project. The

Matthew has offered up a JGoodies FormLayout port to Nebula.  He would
both
provide the intial contribution, maintain the code going forward, and
