[mylyn-vex-dev] Suspicious Vex 1.2.0 Release Date in the project page

Dear All,

in the project page https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/mylyn.docs.vex
there is 1.2.0 version with the distribution date 2018-12-27. Is this just
dummy value which is there for ages or has there been any activity around
this project recently?

There are no download links nor documentation updates
(https://wiki.eclipse.org/Vex#Documentation) so I expect that date is rather
suspicious.
