[mylyn-vex-dev] New box model available on master

Hi!

After finishing the lists, I introduced a feature toggle for the new box 
model and merged everything from feature/newBoxModel to master. You can 
now switch between old and new model on the Vex preference page.

Almost all major features except tables and XInclude are visualized with 
the new box model (tables cells are currently all shown in one column, 
XInclude nodes are currently not visualized at all). I will continue the 
work on master and remove the feature branch in the coming days.

Please check out the new model and test. I'm eager to get feedback.
