Sorry, I meant to sent out a note about this. I marked all packages of plug-ins that have versions less than 1.0 as x-internal. I want to communicate that these APIs are not stabilized yet and may change before the 1.0 release.

From a consumption perspective you can treat packages that do not have an "internal" segment as API packages.
