Please see below; it sounds like he's interested in task-based reviews, but I can't find any documentation about it anywhere. What is the status of TBR? Is it available for installation somewhere?

Hi, Is there a Way to use Mylyn Reviews without git/gerrit e.g. with local task repo or JIRA and subversion? if so where can i find documentation to get started. unfortunately the old reviewclipse seems not to be working with eclipse 4.x anymore
