[mylyn-reviews-dev] Changing the R4E Project Lead

I will soon move on to new responsibilities within the same department (I will be glad to continue my participation as an Eclipse contributor within the Debug area)
However I will not longer be able to continue my role as the R4E project lead
Therefore I am proposing Sebastien Dubois to take over the role of the R4E project lead and continue the efforts to closely integrate R4E with the Gerrit connector / Mylyn, and continue the efforts to develop very interesting features such as the support of EMF-based model reviews as well as to represent and promote R4E to the Eclipse community.
Sebastien has been a key committer in R4E with the highest number of commits in the project and the responsibility for the development of many of its features, Sebastien has closely followed the R4E releases and is now familiar with the release process in Eclipse.
I am therefore requesting your vote to make this happen,
