Hi Robert,
We don't for the githb branch, but I believe that we're going to be setting that up. I'll try to push any big changes into master under gerrit review and those of course do have a nightly (https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/view/Mylyn/job/mylyn-reviews-nightly/) In fact, the only significant changes are in there now, and I don't believe they should be breaking.
For the other, for now you could follow us on that github address I sent out, or wait for the larger change to master that will be upcoming. Again, I don't anticipate major model changes.
Are you actually persisting reviews models now or do you only have to worry about API changes?
