We're making some pretty significant changes to the Mylyn Reviews model. We're trying to avoid disrupting API too much, and the non-internal API isn't actually marked that way to begin with, but please let us know if you're consuming any of that now. (Excluding Gerrit and R4E, naturally).

Steffen et.al. Seems like we should do a version bump, for reviews.core at least. For now, I'm just doing a service version bump to 1.1.1 but it should probably be a minor version bump eventually. I'm not sure if we should bump everything with this? It's doubtful that the functional improvements would warrant a major version bump, so I'd lean to 1.2 for the eventual release. Let me know your thoughts.
