Hi, it's a composite site [1] that works with the Eclipse install dialog but not in a browser. To get latest Mylyn snapshot that includes the Mylyn Reviews Gerrit connector I would recommend the weekly update site: http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/snapshots/weekly/.
