Hello,

I am about to submit a restructuring proposal under 

  /cvsroot/org.eclipse/www/proposals/r4e

but I am getting a pop-up "Permission denied"

Any body knows if there is special permission required or should it be related to some cvs access issue, 

I am using my committer id e.g. 

   :extssh:myId@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/org.eclipse
