Unless it's a shared install in which case you won't be able to update
Mylyn you should be able to install the latest Mylyn Task-Focused
Interface feature along with the Gerrit Connector from
http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/snapshots/weekly. Let me know if you
still get the error after selecting all installed features for update
from that site.
