I would like to make the R4E Report and Ldap plug-ins optional at installation
as BIRT is quite big and may not be needed, ldap may not be an option
for some users as well.

I think this can be achieved by having each of these in its own
feature, where each of them will depend on the R4E feature.

The current structure of the Mylyn Reviews site.xml is as follows:

Features.
org.eclipse.mylyn.reviews.tasks
org.eclipse.mylyn.reviews.r4e.feature

Integrations:
org.eclipse.mylyn.gerrit.feature


SDK
org.eclipse.mylyn.reviews.feature
org.eclipse.mylyn.reviews.sdk.feature

I propose to add a new category e.g. Add-ons
Where the two features above would fit.
