[mylyn-reviews-dev] committing SMTP connector

Hi,
The R4E team is willing to commit a couple of small plug-in's under
the R4E folder (i.e. SMTP/VCalendar as a notifications connector),
and then connect them to the Hudson build.

Since R4E is not participating in the official Indigo release, I
assume this should be ok even if the RC2 has passed.

Steffen, please let me know in case there is any concern.
